Arpa at Triennale, the Milan design temple.
April 15th, 2010. At the Triennale, the Milan design and architecture “temple”, Arpa presented its most significant innovations as well as the fascinating scenarios of Arpa's near future.
Engineer Stefano Mion, GM of Arpa, after a short presentation of the company, explained the guidelines which inspired its evolution.
Innovation, technology, creativity, excellence and sustainability. These are the key works characterising the company and its products: Naturalia, the innovative and environmentally friendly material presented at the exhibition and the new Arpa for Kitchen collection, created for the kitchen.
And then new decors. New finishes. New materials. A concrete, advanced, well-constructed and flexible support for the creativity of architects, designers and companies producing kitchens and furniture.
One Curiosity Kitchen in thin laminate with old-fashioned decors designed by Alexander Pelikan for Arpa was displayed in the centre of the Sala Agorà (Agorà Room). A very different version from the one made up in Naturalia shown in the via Forcella 7 space. A “kitchen-environment” like the other one, where together with the efficient worktop you will discover many drawers and hidden functional spaces holding fine ingredients, special liquors and rare spices which come out like from a magic hat. A concept kitchen where the food cooking experience becomes a ritual to share.
